Fraternal Benefit Events

Minnesota FBEs for Fraternal year 2025/26

Time:

Here are the dates, subjects, and links to the Fraternal Benefit Events (FBE) slated for Fraternal year 2025/26. This will clarify the Founder's Award requirements.

Your council needs to host/promote a least TWO events totaling 10 UNIQUE attendees for councils with less than 100 members and 14 attendees for councils 100 members or more. Attendees must be a KC member or a person eligible to join. Unique means attendees only count once, so no same person at the two different FBEs will be counted but is very welcome to attend. The Field Agent conducting FBEs needs to have 30 minutes to an hour to conduct the event and must be conducted by the agent or Supreme approved virtual presentation. A Field Agent report at a council meeting does not count for an FBE BUT an agent can do an FBE at a council meeting given enough time.

There is also another way to qualify; you can host/promote one FBE with the required attendance AND have the Grand Knight and Deputy Grand Knight meet (separately) with the Field Agent for a traditional KC insurance appointment. The purpose of this is to demonstrate to the council leaders exactly what a KC insurance appointment entails.

Remember, to report these for council credit, the Grand Knight reports directly to Supreme via this link: https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/7322809/Fraternal-Benefits-Event-Council-Report-v2
