Morning 8 a.m.-noon: Ethics and Liability Coverage   MN Course # Pending  4 hours of Credits

As hard as it is to accumulate assets, it is also important to protect them.  A mistake while driving, or faulty steps on your deck can cost you the bulk of the retirement resources you have pulled together.  This course will review what is and what is not at risk during a liability claim.  Most people are surprised to learn that many times the plaintiff (Victim) in a lawsuit is a friend or family member to the defendant.

In reality those are the people most likely to be a passenger in your vehicle, boat, or recreation vehicle.  Take this class as an agent, but listen to the information as a consumer who purchases coverage.

Afternoon 1 p.m.-5 p.m.: Credit Scoring and FICO Scoring   MN Course # 1034348  4 hours of Credits

The employment and housing opportunities and cost of many things in our lives are affected by our credit.  It is not as straightforward as one would think.  Your credit report acts as a diary of your activities regarding use of credit.  Your Credit Score is an algorithm that assigns a value to the importance of each aspect of credit use.  There are 5 (five) factors that make up your credit score.  Some are easy to manage.  Some can take years to manage.  This course will review and discuss how credit works and what can be done to improve how you look to an underwriter.  This is information everybody should know and understand.
